Since we are still in the construction phase, but the request is high, we still want to give you the opportunity to book, even if only one apartment and the Africa Room are currently completed. Construction will continue in the near future. However, the construction site will not affect your vacation.

AFRICA ROOM
Our “Africa Room” is a small African-style hut. It does not include any equipment compared to the apartments. It is ideal for backpackers and couples.
The hut is designed for 2 people.
Outside the cabin is an outdoor bathroom, which is also accessible to other guests. In addition, you have your own small terrace from which you can jump into the pool.

Payment and cancellation conditions
With us you can book directly online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week or via email or WhatsApp.
With the booking you will receive an email with the account details. Payment must be made within 7 days. The booking is completed with the receipt of payment. If payment is not made within 7 days, the booking expires.
You will usually receive the confirmation/invoice for your trip by e-mail 1 – 3 days after receipt of payment. If you have not received a confirmation, please first check the spam folder in your email inbox. Otherwise contact us immediately.
If you are unable to start your journey, please inform us immediately! You can withdraw from the travel contract at any time before the start of the trip.
We have calculated the amount of the compensation as a lump sum, taking into account the period between the declaration of cancellation and the start of the trip and taking into account the expected savings in expenses and the expected purchase through other uses of the travel services.
The respective amount of the compensation fee depends on the selected travel service and the time of receipt of your declaration of cancellation by us:
- up to 20 days before departure 30%
- from the 15th day before departure 50%
- from the 7th day before departure 70%
- from the 3rd day before departure 80%
- in case of non-appearance (without cancellation information) 90%
Damage and additional costs
You can be held responsible for damage caused by you or your travel group to your holiday home during your stay and be obliged to pay for the replacement costs. SR Monkey Lodge accepts no liability for personal injury or damage to property.
